Meet Dr. Manley
Dr. Christian P. Manley grew up on Orcas Island, Washington. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery, his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and his Master’s degree in Orthodontics at Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California. Dr. Manley is an active member in the American Association of Orthodontics, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontics, Northwest Orthodontic Study Club, Puget Sound Orthodontic Study Club, American Dental Association and the Washington Dental Association.
Dr. Manley and his wife have three children. In addition to spending time with his family, Dr. Manley enjoys participating in many outdoor sports and activities including cycling, golfing, skiing and traveling. Dr. Manley enjoys watching his patients develop new, healthier smiles, which will be with them throughout their lives – giving them more confidence when interacting with those around them.

Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant and together we have many years’ worth of experience in treating patients with professionalism and with the highest level of care. We attend numerous continuing education programs each year to ensure that we are in step with the very latest technologies and orthodontic advances. We go out of our way to make each patient who walks through our doors feel comfortable in our state-of-the-art office.
Types of Braces We Use
Our office is specializes in the latest in orthodontic appliances. We offer clear braces, which are popular among our adult patients due to superior aesthetics. Damon braces, which make use of what’s called a passive, slide mechanism to maintain the arch wires without an elastic tie – allowing them to move freely during treatment.
We are proud to offer our patients the Invisalign system, which is an alternative to metal braces. This system is removable and allows you to enjoy virtually invisible teeth straightening. And, we offer Insignia, this is a solution, which customizes braces and wires to each patient. Insignia can reduce the time you spend wearing braces by up to 25%.
Your First Visit
We look forward to meeting you. We know that your time is important so we ask that you download, print and complete a few forms found on our website so that you can bring them with you to your first visit. Our treatment coordinator will take some digital x-rays and photos of your mouth and teeth. Dr. Manley will then see you so that he can conduct an examination and discuss potential treatment options with you. Our goal is that you will leave our office knowing your clinical diagnosis, what your treatment plan, treatment fee and estimated treatment time is.
It is our mission to provide you with affordable treatment that fits your budget. We offer several payment options including MasterCard, Visa and third party financing. If you have orthodontic insurance coverage we will file the claims for you. We also offer a discount for payment in full at the beginning of treatment as well as for multiple family members in treatment.
Special Offers
We offer new patients a complimentary consultation with x-rays and photographs. We also offer a Manley Dollarsrewards program to our patients for proper care of appliances and for good oral hygiene. Our refer-a-friend program is another popular extra we offer which gives our patients a chance to earn $50 if they refer someone to our practice. The award is granted when the new patient begins treatment.
